Who can become a member of the Canadian Geriatrics Society
All physicians with an interest in geriatrics and other allied health care professionals, medical students,
residents, and fellows are encouraged to join the Society. Fellow practitioners and researchers in the field of aging can join the organization as associate members.
The annual membership fee of $170 offers its members access to and covers the following services:
Geriatrics & Aging, 10 issues per year, is a paid subscription-only
CME journal offering top-quality clinical review articles, enhanced
with professional medical illustrations
The Canadian Journal of Geriatrics, published quarterly, is the only
Canadian journal dedicated to original research related to the care
of the 4.4 million Canadians over the age of 65
Member-exclusive and accredited online CME courses
Professional secretariat office
Reduced rate to attend the Annual General meeting
